Trick

As the droplets fall by today,

The grey cover hiding the light,

The cold water sends down a chill,

Making it a delight to feel.

The city is soaked with water,

The reason being rain,

Confusion is all that i have,

And i am trying to hide the pain.

The clouds refuse to go,

The droplets run down like small children,

The paths are wet and sticky,

Making it difficult to walk by the city.

The chance of getting out is nil,

I am grounded for nothing,

The world here is out,

But i am waiting today to just have a taste.

The clouds now move away,

The sun shines again,

A smile covers my face,

Joy fills up my mind,

And then again it rains.

Life in a nutshell

Darkness of your soul,

Opens many doors,

From the many to the nothing,

The silence of the graveyard,

Tears your senses apart,

Living in the dead i call.

Love of your angel,

Finally in some beigel,

Coming around your own will,

When you know the fun is no more,

Life in a nutshell,

Comes around when you know you are limited.

Explore i say,

 come around open the doors,

hold your breath,

there is someone,

waiting down for you,

don’t limit yourself.

I live in the shadows,

I don’t enjoy that,

Kinda feels secure,

But i always wonder,

Why this life in a nutshell?

My heart says, explore...explore...

Attitude

Sometimes in life,

We can go wild,

 We can be children again,

Jump in muddy puddles,

Live life on the edge,

But only till you realise,

That you are grown up now.

You can stop by the mirror,

Make funny faces,

And admire your marmosian beauty.

Travel in the train alone,

Stand in the door,

Half outside,

Shout when a bridge comes,

And be a child again.

Find yourself sitting on the foothpath,

Beside a begger,

And sing along with them,

For a penny or two....

But  only to realise,

That you are grown up now.

You can still do all these things,

Only if you realise,

That you are human,

Age doesn’t matter,

All that matters is your attitude.

But only to realise,

People around are watching you,

Through their thin magic glasses,

But you can be seen only through a red one,

‘cause  ‘only your’ attitude defines you......
